What is SCRIP?  SCRIP means “substitute money”.  When you purchase SCRIP online, you’re buying prepaid gift cards and certificates that are used just like cash.  You can use SCRIP to pay everyday expenses like food, clothing and other essentials, and with every purchase, you will earn revenue for Gross Schechter Day School and 20% rebates for you*.

Purchasing gift cards is a simple and easy way to raise money for our school.  It requires NO SELLING and NO DONATIONS.  Simply…

• Use them like cash at over 400 retailers.
• Do your regular shopping and earn revenue for Gross Schechter Day School, as well as rebates for you.
• Invite family and friends anywhere to Shop with SCRIP, too!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

• Visit Shopwithscrip.com to sign up and start ordering.
• Use Schechter code F327C4CD3271L to set up your account.
• To pay online – Use PrestoPay.  It’s simple, fast, and secure.  Just complete an easy one-time verification process so your payments can be withdrawn from your checking account.
• To pay by check – Send or drop off your check (payable to the school) to the front office, attn. SCRIP.  The school needs 3-5 days to process your check before we consider your SCRIP order paid. 
• The school will confirm and process your SCRIP orders with Shopwithscrip.com weekly on Monday mornings.  Only paid orders will be processed.  Unpaid orders will wait until the next Monday order.
• Get your SCRIP cards on Thursdays or later by picking them up at the school or via kid mail (see below for pick-up hours**).  The school cannot be responsible for lost gift cards sent home via kid mail.
• Live out of town? Place your minimum $100 order, and we will send your gift cards to you through first class mail.  The school cannot be responsible for lost gift cards sent via postal mail.

*Schechter will REBATE back to you 20% of the revenues generated.  You will receive rebate checks quarterly.
