Gross Schechter's Totally Kosher Rib Burn Off is an annual community-wide day of family fun and great kosher ribs!  Now in its 16^th year, Schechter’s Totally Kosher Rib Burn Off has become the place to be on Labor Day for over 2,500 people every year.  It's the perfect way to bring the summer to a close.  Tasty ribs by 16 competing teams, chicken, corn, Israeli treats, latkes, yummy desserts, games, and lots of prizes are the order of the day.

A range of sponsorship levels, donation of goods or services, and raffle tickets are just some of the opportunities available for supporting this event.  See below for more about how you can participate.
